Access to the lounge is restricted to club level guests who have to touch their magic band in the elevator to access the sixth floor. The animal kingdom lodge concierge area is located on the 6th floor of the lodge. At the animal kingdom lodge they are known as the kilimanjaro club. They are available to assist guests with pretty much everything during their stay.
